Going the extra marketing mile
As part of each video, contact information is provided for the fund (and optionally for the prime broker and any additional third parties) along with a direct email gateway to request additional information within the video viewer. This contact data can be updated at any time shifting inquiries to different personnel.
A number of additional products are available for purchase in conjunction with a Fund IRV which are designed to maximize investor impact of your videos. These include CD/DVD duplication, portable iPod/Zune presentations and multi-format distribution rights. All branded with either or both the fund and prime broker information.
There are myriad ways to take advantage of these products from distributing DVDs at capital introduction and industry networking events, to sending out customized iPods containing fund videos to attract large institutional investment.
Keeping everything up to date
Fund IRV services are an investment in communicating not only with potential investors, but with existing investors as well. The update program supplies both funds and brokers an opportunity to provide investors with as little or as much information as deemed appropriate by fund marketers. Options for updates exist as a la carte, monthly, quarterly or semi-annually providing piece of mind that as things change over time, your Fund’s IRV can change as well.
